See the week at a glance. Drag jobs onto days, assign them to divers, and spot the boats that are overdue or due soon. You plan from the same board your team works from.
Log service at the dock
Record the work when you finish it. Capture hull condition, growth level, the anodes you replaced, and before and after video. The log becomes the customer record and the basis for the bill.
Charge from the ledger
Every completed job lands in the billing ledger. Review the amount, then charge the card on file through Stripe. The customer receives a receipt with the line items and condition notes.
Track parts and reorder
Count anodes and parts as you use them. Set a reorder threshold per item and the app flags what is running low before you run out at the boat.
Every boat has a history
Open a boat to see its dimensions, its owner, and every visit logged against it. The history stays with the boat, including when ownership changes hands.
Team roster and payroll
Add divers to your workspace and assign boats to them. Each logged job is attributed to the diver who did it, and revenue is split by each diver's share, so payroll adds up from the work itself.

Per boat anode manifest
Each boat carries its own anode manifest. Track the location and position of every anode, and how often it needs replacing. When you service the boat you already know which anodes it takes and which ones are due.

How do I get started?
Every plan starts with a call. We set up your workspace, add your boats, and connect Stripe together, so you leave the call ready to work.
Do my customers need an account?
No. You charge the card on file, and the customer receives a receipt by email with the work logged and the amount charged.
What does it run on?
It runs in any browser and installs to your phone or tablet as an app. Field logging works from the dock, including on a shared tablet with a PIN.
Can my whole crew use it?
Yes, on Pro Team. Each diver gets their own login, jobs are attributed to whoever did the work, and revenue splits by each diver's share.
Is it only for hull cleaning?
It is built for hull cleaning and dive service work. Scheduling, logging, billing, inventory, and the per boat anode manifest are all shaped around how a dive operation runs, not a generic field service app.
