Only the number of boats changes the price. Divers, colleagues and received boats are free.
Pro is $49 a month for up to 50 active boats, then $1 a month for each boat from 51 to 150, and $0.50 for each boat beyond 150.

Questions
How do I get started?
Sign up and you are in your workspace in a few minutes, on the Free plan or Pro. If you would rather have help, book a call and we set up your workspace, add your boats, and connect Stripe together.
My boats are in a spreadsheet or another app. Do I retype them?
No. Import a spreadsheet of your boats, from Excel, Google Sheets or an export of what you use today: boat names, lengths, owners, slips and how often each one is serviced. Or send it to us and we bring it in for you.
What does "nothing to do when you get home" actually mean?
The log you make at the dock IS everything else. It becomes the customer's report, the invoice, the service history, and the payroll record, all from one entry made in about 60 seconds. There is no second pass at a desk, because there is nothing left to pass over.
Do my customers need an account?
No. You charge the card on file, and the customer receives a receipt by email with the work logged and the amount charged.
What does it run on?
Native apps for iPhone and Android, now in pilot, and any browser on a laptop or tablet. Field logging works from the dock, including on a shared tablet with a PIN.
Can all my divers use it?
Yes, on Pro, and adding a diver never changes the price. Each diver gets their own login, jobs are attributed to whoever did the work, and revenue splits by each diver's share.
What counts as a boat?
An active boat of your own: one you are servicing on a subscription or a one-time job. Inactive boats do not count, and a boat a colleague sends you through the Exchange counts toward their bill, not yours. The Free plan covers up to 15 of your own boats at no cost.
Does my crew have to use it in English?
No. Each person picks English or Brazilian Portuguese for their own login, so one crew can work in both.
What if there is no signal at the dock?
The iPhone and Android app, now in pilot, saves the log on the phone with no signal and uploads it on its own later. In a browser, saving a log needs a connection.
Where does the money go?
Cards are charged through your own Stripe account at Stripe's published rate, and payouts go straight to you. SailorSkills takes no cut of your payments. Customers who pay by check, Venmo or cash have their own path.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues through the end of the current billing period. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans are billed once per year.
Is it only for hull cleaning?
It is built for hull cleaning and dive service work. Scheduling, logging, billing, inventory, and the per boat anode manifest are all shaped around how a dive operation runs, not a generic field service app.
